This acceptable use policy (the "Policy") defines acceptable practices for the use of Ctrl Square’s services (the "Service").
Remote Hands Policy
Colocation Customers may request Ctrl Square to perform "remote hands" service on Customer's equipment within the Ctrl Square facilities.
Service Level Agreement(SLA)
This Ctrl Square (Host) Service Level Agreements (SLA) is governed by the customer service agreement or master service agreement (each, an “Agreement”).
Colocation Access Policy
In order to ensure the safety and security of our facility, our clients and their co-located systems, Ctrl Square has specific policies and procedures that all employees, clients and guests must follow.
Ctrl Square provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by Ctrl Square from time to time without notice to you.
Ctrl Square’s policies and procedures for handling customer information have been created with the understanding that Internet technologies are still evolving and that Internet business methods are continuing to evolve to meet the needs and opportunities of the changing technologies.
All notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via e-mail or conventional mail. Ctrl Square may broadcast notices or messages through the Service to inform CUSTOMER of changes to the TOS at their choosing, but is not required to do so; Ctrl Square may broadcast changes to the Service, or other matters of importance; such broadcasts shall constitute notice to CUSTOMER.
